SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LOCAL SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost have is a flat rate of $5.00 for orders under $100.00 from this web site and Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping. At this time we can only ship orders to the territory of Puerto Rico.

AMAZON SHIPPING COST

All order from the Amazon web site use a rate calculated by Amazon. The order from Amazon site can be shipping to all the world acoording to the Amazon regulations. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Local Orders placed with cleared payments by noon EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. During times of high demand, there may be a slight delay in processing your order and we will contact you immediately if there is any reason your order cannot ship out in a timely manner. 

Orders from the Amazon web site are procesed acording the Amazon rules a disponibility. 

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Local Orders Depending on size and weight of items in your order we will ship your order via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS. Currently we do not offer an expedited shipping option. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

Upon shipping of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking information.  If you believe your order may have already been shipped but have not received tracking information within 2-business days, please contact our customer service team.

Payment Method
  At this moment we accept only Paypal payments. This option is for security protection of the clients with the personal information and the security of your payment card.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

RETURN POLICY – DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged or defective, Hobby Galaxy Store, LLC. will either repair, replace, or offer a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout. In order to be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund, our customer service must be notified of any issue within 30-days of receipt of your product.  Please do not ship back any products prior to receiving an RMA# from us or we cannot make any guarantee that your return will be processed.

 

RETURN POLICY – UNOPENED, NEW MERCHANDISE - CHANGE OF MIND / NO LONGER WANTED

Items that are in new, unopened condition can be returned for a full refund less any shipping and handling charges provided we are notified within 30-days of receipt of your product.  Hobby Galaxy Store LLC. will issue your refund to the original form of payment used during checkout.  The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please do not ship back any products prior to receiving an RMA# from us or we cannot make any guarantee that your return will be processed. 

 

RETURN POLICY - OPENED, USED MERCHANDISE - CHANGE OF MIND / NO LONGER WANTED

Due to the nature of our products, opened and used items which are not defective are subject to a restocking fee of no less than 30% depending on condition of returned product. Final restocking fee percentage to be determined upon inspection of returned product.  To be eligible for an opened, used merchandise return, we must be notified within 3-days of delivery of your product. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please do not ship back any products prior to receiving an RMA# from us or we cannot make any guarantee that your return will be processed. 

 

ORDERS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please inspect all packages at time of delivery and notify delivery driver immediately of any visible damage to the outer shipping box. If after opening and inspecting your packages you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for further instructions.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do our best to process orders as quickly and because of this your order may get processed immediately upon checkout. If due to unforseen circumstances you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.  In the event that your package has already left the warehouse, we will provide you with information to request a return RMA to send your order back once it is received.* Standard return policies will apply to all orders that have already shipped prior to notification of order cancellation.
